1. No Returns
We do not offer returns on any of our products under any circumstances. All sales are final.
2. Exchanges Only for Defective or Replaceable Items
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item.
- The item qualifies as a replaceable-category product as determined by our team.
Exchange Conditions:
- The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable, You have to wait.
3. How to Request an Exchange

- Once verified and approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or guide you for return shipping.
- The exchange item must reach us within 7 working days of approval.
4. Exchange Denials
Exchange requests may be rejected if:
- The item is used, washed, or without original tags.
- The product is not part of a replaceable category.
- The exchange is requested after the allowed window.
- The stock is no longer available.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of a defective or wrong item sent by us, we will bear the reverse shipping cost.
- In all other exchange cases, the customer may need to ship the item back at their own cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch.
